Your data is protected by design

GProv runs on our own in-house infrastructure with health-tuned AI models trained to give you personalized guidance. When a question needs a major AI provider, every request is gate-checked and your identity is left out by design: your name is sent as a placeholder and re-stitched locally, your date of birth is reduced to an age, and the clinical context we send carries no name, ID, or address. Backed by BAA-covered providers, our self-hosted model, our proprietary tooling and data-protection policies, and client-side encryption (AES-GCM 256). See how we protect your data.

Appi AI Chat

Use Appi for general wellness ideas and to help describe symptoms. It can suggest possible next steps and help you prepare for a visit. Always verify any suggestions with a licensed provider before acting on them.

  • Describe symptoms in plain language.
  • Use answers as a starting point, not a final diagnosis.
  • Share relevant Appi summaries with your doctor when you see them.

Find Care / Provider Search

Search for providers by location and specialty. Results may include vetted partners and/or general mapping results. Always confirm a provider’s credentials, licensing, and suitability for your needs before booking or visiting.

  • Filter by country, state, and city where available.
  • Use “Use Current Location” for nearby options.
  • Call the provider or facility to verify details and availability.

Clinical Chart (PAMI) & Health Records

Store and view your health information in one place. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Share records only with providers you trust and in line with our Privacy Policy.

  • Keep your login secure; do not share your password.
  • Update your chart when you see a provider or get new results.
  • Use data for your own reference and to support conversations with licensed professionals.

Insurance Hub & Travel Hub

Get guidance on insurance and travel-related health tips. Content is general and may not fit your specific policy or destination. Confirm coverage and requirements with your insurer and a qualified professional before making decisions.

Secure Vault & Referrals

Store sensitive documents securely and manage referrals. GProv facilitates connections; the quality and appropriateness of care are between you and the providers. Always do your due diligence when choosing a provider.
