How to organize your family's medical records in 30 minutes
Consolidate scattered records into one searchable, shareable, encrypted vault.
Step-by-step
-
Step 1: Create a free GProv account
Sign up at https://www.gprov.com — patient accounts are free. Your data is encrypted client-side with AES-GCM 256 before it reaches our servers.
-
Step 2: Add current medications
Open PAMI Profile → Medications. Add each medication with the dose and frequency. You can scan a prescription bottle with your phone camera — GProv's AI will extract the drug name, dose, and prescriber.
-
Step 3: Add allergies and conditions
Add known allergies (drug, food, environmental) and chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, etc.). Appi uses this context to flag interactions and personalize guidance.
-
Step 4: Upload past records
Go to Clinical Vault and upload PDFs, photos, or scans of past visit summaries, lab results, imaging reports, and discharge papers. The vault stores them with client-side encryption.
-
Step 5: Import from a patient portal
If your current doctor uses a patient portal (MyChart, FollowMyHealth, Healow), download a Continuity of Care Document (CCD) and upload it. GProv parses the structured data into your PAMI Profile automatically.
-
Step 6: Share with a new provider
When you book a new appointment, use the 'Share Profile' button on GProv to grant time-limited access to a specific provider. Revoke any time.
Why this matters
This is the kind of question GProv is built to answer. Our AI assistant Appi can guide you through this in real time, and our Find Care directory lets you act on the result — book an appointment, check a coverage detail, or share records — without leaving the platform. Free for patients, with end-to-end PHI encryption (AES-GCM 256) and BAA-only AI routing for any provider-bound questions.
