Patients use GProv to get instant, evidence-based symptom guidance from Appi AI (Always Present Personal Intelligence), an AI health navigator that assesses symptoms, provides triage recommendations, and helps users decide whether to seek immediate care. Appi is for educational and navigational support only and does not replace a licensed healthcare provider.
Patients can search for doctors, hospitals, and clinics in over 20 countries using the Find Care directory. The platform filters results by specialty, location, and availability. For urgent situations, the Emergency Care Finder locates the nearest emergency room.
Additional patient features include: a secure clinical vault for storing health records with AES-256 encryption, an insurance hub for coverage and claims guidance, a medical travel concierge (Travel for Health) for planning cross-border care, a second opinion service connecting patients with global specialists, referral coordination for inbound and outbound referrals, secure messaging with providers, and appointment scheduling.
