Account & Data Deletion

Last updated: May 2026

About This Page

This page explains how to delete your GProv account and the associated data we hold about you. GProv is operated by Kollitech LLC. For broader detail on what we store and why, see our Privacy Policy.

Delete From Inside the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to permanently delete your account is from the GProv app itself — web, iOS, or Android:

  1. Open GProv and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile (top-right menu on web, or the Profile tab on mobile).
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the page.
  4. Tap Delete Account, then confirm twice.

Deletion runs immediately. You will be signed out and your records will be removed from our active systems within seconds. Before deleting, you can also tap Request My Data in the same screen to download a JSON copy of everything we store about you.

Can't Access the App? Email Us

If you can no longer sign in (lost device, forgotten password you can't reset, etc.), email us from the address on your GProv account and we will delete it for you:

support@gprov.com

Include the email address you used to sign up. We will verify it is you by replying to that address, then complete the deletion within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your GProv user account and login credentials.
  • Your profile, demographics, GProv ID, and avatar.
  • Your personal health record (PAMI Profile): medications, allergies, vitals, problems, immunizations, lab results, imaging.
  • Your travel itineraries, insurance entries, appointments, and referrals.
  • Your messages, connections (Family / Care Team / Care Circle), and call history.
  • Your AI assistant conversations and uploaded documents in the secure vault.
  • Your notification tokens and reminder schedules.

What We Keep (and Why)

A small set of records is retained even after account deletion because we are legally required to keep them, or because they contain no personally identifying information. These align with the retention rules in our Privacy Policy:

  • Audit and security logs: retained for a minimum of 6 years as required by HIPAA.
  • Clinical records you exchanged with a provider: retained 7–10 years where required by medical-record retention laws in the jurisdiction of the provider you saw.
  • Billing and payment records: retained as required by US tax and financial regulations.
  • Support communications: retained for 3 years from resolution.
  • De-identified analytics: aggregate, non-personal data may be retained indefinitely.

Deletion Is Permanent

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you only want to take a break, sign out instead. If you want a copy of your data first, use Request My Data in the Profile screen before deleting.
